For event planners, I’m sure changing batteries in a microphone is the farthest thing from your mind, as it should be.  I’m sure you think it’s one of those details that somebody else takes care of, not you. But, batteries are probably one of the most important details when it comes to presentations at an event. You spend a lot of time planning, preparing, and putting together an event to go off without a hitch, but a battery going out on a microphone, in the middle of a presentation, could jeopardize the whole thing.

At OnCue Staging, our rule of thumb is to change a microphone battery every 4 hours, even if it has an 8 or 12-hour battery life. It’s just a safe measure of precaution—in the long run it will be worth it.  It could make or break your event.

So, back to the question…who cares about batteries at an event?  Well, it shouldn’t be you.  Let us take care of all your AV and production needs, even down to the littlest details, like batteries.  With OnCue Staging, you won’t have to worry about someone else taking care of the small things; we’ve got you covered.  Because at OnCue Staging, the show comes first.
